Rachel Levine was not appointed on the basis of her sexuality but on the basis of her medical knowledge , education and strong resume as in Harvard, Tulane, and Mount Sinai. If you were laying there on an ER gurney and the person who walks into that room is the only person standing between you and a one way trip to see your maker and that person just so happens to be Rachel Levine or some other person who doesn't meet your perfect person specifications are you going to refuse to let that person try to save your life?

Except we're told constantly that "she" is transgendered. You're being disingenuous denying that his transgender status wasn't prominent in his promotion. This is at the root of much of the conflict between conservatives and liberals these days, the attempted forced acceptance of behavior conservatives find unacceptable. You recently defended the Attorney General's handling of school board protests. Yet in the very county where much of the controversy is focused turns out in order to protect their transgender policy they hushed the sexual assault by a boy in a skirt on a girl in a girls restroom. Their solution was to keep it quiet and transfer him to another school. Even lied about it. The boy once again assaulted another girl and has been convicted. But that's two girls assaulted, at least one of them raped, as a result of a policy most parents don't want but your party is going to push on everyone anyways. And you claim we're bigoted for bringing up such things. People are trying to protect their children. And when a former president says the father of the first girl who was raped is a domestic terrorist he's counting on lack of knowledge of the situation to influence voters which was a despicable thing to do. Your party has a lot to answer for and will answer for it all in 2022.
Now just what evidence do you have to offer that confirms the fact that her transgender status was the one and only reason for her nomination? Does the fact that this individual underwent a sex change does that make her in your opinion unqualified? If so how and why does it make her unqualified?
I worked with a person who left on Christmas vacation as Kathy and came back as Keith....IN 1978! This specific type a sex change surgery has been a common practice going as least as far back as 1978. Why are you people so shocked and stunned regarding a common surgical procedure that has been around for more than 40 years? Did your father's joint replacement surgery scare you? Does breast implant surgery scare you? Does heart bypass surgery scare you? These procedures have been around just as long.
Negligence, poor judgement and malfeasance carrying out the duties of the office is the only thing about Rachel Levine you need to worry about.
You've told us on more than on occasion about your mixed blood and ethnic background so chances are you don't look like everyone else either. Now how would you like being denied a job for which you are without question the most qualified simply because you look different than the rest?
The thought never crossed my mind because I am not in her circle of intimate relationships and have no personal or professional relationship with the woman. And because I am not in her circle and probably never will be therefore her personal relationships are just that....her personal business only... just as your personal relationships are none of hers. Her commissioned task is to do whatever she can to keep the people who comprise your circle of personal relationships ALIVE.
