My heart is beating, that's all that matters to me. About 165-170. 5'10".

And, just to placate you further, I just put proper footwear on to go dig 8 holes to plant some bushes. I am also planning to play golf tomorrow in 90º heat, hydrating the entire 18 holes, with beer.

Wow...just wow. Who actually jokes about someone's death like that? And no we shouldn't make drivers sit in saunas to acclimate their bodies. Austin obviously has never driven a day in his life. It's ALREADY a sauna.
