I don't mind either as long as I don't lose getting my paycheck, because I can't afford to.
Remember one thing UPS is going to do whatever is best for UPS hate to sound cruel but your health is of no consequence to themI don't mind either as long as I don't lose getting my paycheck, because I can't afford to.
I've been there for almost a year, and I'm a hard worker as well. However it pays more than other jobs, and I need something to support myself. I've also already set up my school schedule around it

How can you go to the doctor. ..be treated for an injury without reporting it to your supervisor....then turn around and claim the injury is work related after all and want to file a report?I'm assuming I'm going to have to file for injury, seeing as that's the only way they'll consider to let me work there, and I can't take days off, because they're unpaid. Do you the process on the whole filing for injury and how it works
This is not necessarily true, depending upon what state you are in and the workers comp laws. That's where you screwed up. You kind of waived your chances of claiming workers comp by not seeing a UPS doc..
I know, but it does make it more difficult to prove it is work relatedThis is not necessarily true, depending upon what state you are in and the workers comp laws.

I'm going to be receiving physical therapy, as accordance to my doctor, but I think I might go do normal work. My x-rays are okay, however that does describe my severe pain. I'm still waiting on the okay from my doc, however. He's supposed to call me later today.
