No. UPS policy on being under the influence of drugs while driving a commercial vehicle will not change. Neither will the DOT policy.

where I am if you have a CDL and drive for UPS or akmeds delivery company you are on the states list for random testing. But to answer the ops question there is no DT when you take a DOT physical.

Alcoholic inebriation can be objectively tested for, I don't believe the same is true for pot. As long as that remains the case, I doubt that anything is going to change for DOT drivers.
