In my building Midnight sort starts at 11:00PM Sunday night but it is considered Monday for pay purposes. Even on Holidays. Been this way for as long as I can remember.

During peak...they won't start us before midnight....something in the supplement....
From what I've been told by high seniority as well as 2 full time managers as a preloaded if your stuff starts midnight or the day prior you are to be paid at at least 1.5 your rate for the whole shift That's NorCal. NorCal seems to have one of the stronger suplementals that is solely my opinion based off what I read from others on here.
