If Putin were to launch a cyber attack among the first to likely to be hit would be the US banking and electronic transfer system. Credit cards, debit cards etc. Perhaps it might be a good idea to keep some extra cash on hand in case cash becomes the only medium of exchange while the damage is being repaired and the system brought back on line.

being prepared year round for anything should be your goal.

the pandemic should have taught you something.
stock up on cash, and necessities. TP. bottled water, canned good, personal hygiene , and more that people need on a day to day basis for barter.

we always have enough for 6 months to a year and rotate stock.
