I forget, only people who agree with your position are right. You're never wrong. Yeah, after reading their explanation, yes. I'm not so simplistic to believe that if something has the word "social" in it's name it's SOCIALISM!!And you bought it?
You're a liberal.I forget, only people who agree with your position are right. You're never wrong. Yeah, after reading their explanation, yes. I'm not so simplistic to believe that if something has the word "social" in it's name it's SOCIALISM!!

Lawyers are supposed to provide legal advice to keep clients from doing anything illegal. In this narrative being spun we suddenly absolve the lawyer of any responsibility in performing his job.Napolitano: Federal Prosecutors Have Evidence Trump 'Committed a Felony' | Breitbart
"Wednesday on Fox News Channel’s “Shepard Smith Reporting,” network legal analyst Andrew Napolitano said in the prosecutor’s court filing in the case against Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen, they revealed they have evidence that President Donald Trump “committed a felony.”
Napolitano said, “Career prosecutors here in New York City have evidence that the president of the United States committed a felony by ordering and paying Michael Cohen to break the law. How do we know that? They told that to a federal judge. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to a federal judge unless they have that hardcore evidence. Under the rules, they can’t tell that to a federal judge unless they intend to do something with that evidence.”
He added, “The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony. It’s pretty basic. A hires B to shoot someone. A is as liable as if he had pulled the trigger. You pay someone to commit a crime, they commit the crime, you’re liable, criminally liable for their commission of that crime. That’s what the prosecutors told the federal judge.”
I view Shephard Smith as a "traitor" and refuse to listen to his hour long dog & pony show. He's an idiot!Lawyers are supposed to provide legal advice to keep clients from doing anything illegal. Alan Dershowitz is who knows the law when it comes to Trump's sins and he says Trump has not committed an impeachable thing!!! Dershowitz is not a conservative, but he knows the Law!!
Cohen will say anything to try to save his own ass. Nothing in his case implicates Trump. The judge didn't even rule on whether there were any campaign finance violations since Cohen plead guilty.I wouldn't mind Shep so much if not for his snarkiness. He's like a male Mika.
What was interesting with Cohen's comments in court yesterday is his comments about Trump. Trump didn't tell him to run that taxi scam or cheat on his taxes. but yet all you hear is Cohen blaming Trump for what was a very minor part of Cohen's overall seediness. He has clearly been prepped to sell the leftist narrative.
Was Cohen charged and convicted of a crime concerning the paying of hush money to those women? Or was the conviction for other crimes?Napolitano: Federal Prosecutors Have Evidence Trump 'Committed a Felony' | Breitbart

I had always heard that the 62 age to get the benefits, came from Germany also. Something about when they set it up, that was the average age of death. I don't know.No I didn't ... you may have taken it that way.
The last twenty years or so, conservative operatives have been trying to separate Social Security and Medicare from Welfare, Medicare and other Social Government programs targeting the indigent and extremely poor.
Social Security and Medicare are totally controlled by the US Government from the extorted collection to the payout. That is a Social Government program by it's very nature.
Social Security was actually started by the German government back in the late 1800's as a proactive measure to stave off the German Socialist Party's popularity. FDR liked the concept plus the US had an influential Communist Party and Socialist Party.
So, Social Security was effected in Germany and in the USA as a narrow Socialist program to quiet the masses.
Cohen will only serve a third of his sentence.....take it like a man, not a wussy!!Cohen will say anything to try to save his own ass. Nothing in his case implicates Trump. The judge didn't even rule on whether there were any campaign finance violations since Cohen plead guilty.
He plead guilty to campaign finance violations . There are a fair number of experts out there that say he would never have been convicted on those charges if he had gone to trial. He plead because they had him on multiple fraud and tax evasion charges. NY prosecuter got a political win at Cohen's expense. Was Cohen charged and convicted of a crime concerning the paying of hush money to those women? Or was the conviction for other crimes?
