The DA's office prosecutes many business fraud cases every year. Why should Donald Trump get a pass? If there's sufficient evidence to convince a grand jury to indict and the DA feels he can secure a conviction then he has everything he needs to press a case.

The DA gets to present anything (legal or illegal) without anyone countering his claims.
Many of the charges are not presented at trial since they tossed out for being illegal.
