Yeah it's possible. Although you can't (as far as I'm aware) pre enter in individual days. Only when a sup is entering in today's hours can they select the sick day.
Option weeks (sick weeks) get entered into the vacation calendar as either a D, or O and Vacations are R

So I am a part-time package handler and I have an option week for the week ending in May 10th, for some reason I did not get my option week check yesterday and it did not show up on UPSers either, for the 10 or so years I have worked here I have always gotten it 2 weeks before, I put in my vacation and option weeks back during peak when it was going by seniority and my supervisor said they were a approved and everything, not sure what is going on with this because it has never happened to me before.

I've got a simple solution - ask management what is going on.

Update: I contacted my supervisor and they said if I do not see it by tomorrow Thursday then let them know and they can file an inquiry

Update: did not see my check today so texted my supervisor and had them send an inquiry so guess now all I can do is wait until next week I do not know how this works never went through it, I am also kinda worried they might try to say that my option week is not next week because of this and try to get me no call no shows, but I am probably overworrying, I confirmed a few times asking my supervisor if all my weeks were approved and in the system and she said they were so I have that just in case as well as the pictures of my forms filled out, I don't think they will do anything it just never hurts to be prepared and cautious

I’m sure it will be fine. You covered yourself and you have the time coming. They wouldn’t give you the time if they didn’t expect you to use it.

Yeah thanks that is what I was planning to do, I work Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday so was planning to check on Monday to make sure
