“I’m hearing from so many women that may not have considered voting for a Republican before, but said, ‘It’s time for the grown-up to come, the man that’s going to take this seriously, that’s going to take the future of our children very, very seriously’,” Romney told Candy Crowley on CNN’s “Starting Point.”

Wow, just WOW!

I'm sure Anne has many women friends and consults them regularly with inquiries as to their voting preference, but to refer to President Obama as something other than a grown-up?

Did she just call President Obama a boy?

In my grade school, brought from home lunches were the bomb!! Some Italians would bring left over pizza...always smelled great! Pierogies cold were something new to me.
I would bring eggplant parmesan sandwiches....love them still today. Remember on MyBig Fat Greek Wedding
, the girl shown in the lunchroom was ostracized for bringing Moussaka from home.

Ed Shultz on MSNBC and also on MSNBC's Now, Georgetown U. professor Michael Eric Dyson both said racism but in a different angle.

Woman fired after Obama Facebook post: 'I'm not racist' - latimes.com Now, what's the most disturbing thing about this story? To me it's that she doesn't even think she's racist! So what kind of social network does she hang with in which that's just normal? This isn't just one individual, it's one individual in a set of society that sees a black president worthy of assassination. Nah. No racism around here.

Even without race involved I can see at least some reasons people might want to assassinate Obama. He's the president, so even if I don't agree with policies I don't want him killed, but I can see where some might. If Obama was to be assassinated for his race I'd say it'd been done already not going into his second term.

Again, I don't condone the murder of people, but I can see based on policies and decisions where others might, race not in the equation.

She doesn't seem all that bright. I don't agree with her being fired for her opinions but that's the risk you run as an at will employee.

Seems to me that there are some who find race motive enough but would rather "white-wash" it as something different.

I don't know what I think about that. If she worked for Chick Fil-A, would they defend her?
