I grew up not being a racist. Basically because I grew up in a lilly white community for the most part. In the 60's and 70's I think there was only one "colored" family in the county. I had NO trouble in the Army (especially in Vietnam). I've only became more and more racist over the last few years. I'm to the point now I hate just about everyone.

I was going to say it’s wonderful that she plead guilty and will save the taxpayers money, until the article got to the last sentence. IF she truly is schizophrenic, hopefully she gets help while she’s in prison. I have my doubts though. I hate Pete Buttigieg more than anyone you know but he's factually correct here. Robert Moses was probably the most famous example of this, but you can ask any land use lawyer or urban planner, they'll have plenty of examples for you.

No, but such is our society. Biggest mistake that was made years ago was to close mental institutions, IMO.
Depends on how far gone they are. They can be lucid, then be totally delusional.
Problem was people were abused, or locked away the rest of their lives for things that could've been corrected.
