The progressive left liberal teachers union absolutely sold out African-Americans in high school. The unions will never stop their terrible teaching methods. If you're that far behind, you need remedial work. You can't throw them into the class when they can't compete. It doesn't matter what color you are.
Why are the black kids in school not performing as well? 70% of African-Americans are born out of wedlock in the last three years. 30% of whites are born out of wedlock, a 40% gap.
That's why the kids in the African-American precincts aren't learning. Because there isn't a father there. Zero family structure. Personal responsibility is out the window because the kid never sees it, much less learns it.

The U.S. is about 57% white and 12% black, and about 10k black people were killed vs around 7k white people. With that, typically around 80% of white murders are perpetrated by white people and around 90% of black murders by black people.

*****#1 most horrible and glaring fact is that the leading cause of death for young black men is black on black gun violence. If THIS isn't a big enough call to action among black leaders (aka money grabbing grifter scum) then WHAT could be?!?
Whites CANNOT fix the cultural/societal problems among black Americans. Blaming whites is nothing more than a distraction so black leaders can rationalize their laziness and lack of true focus.
Obummer was a human reverse gear for black/white relations.
Democrats foster racism. It helps secure a huge voter base.
Lastly, for now, racism hurts America to its core. Anyone that decides another person is less than they are is basing their opinion on emotion. People that base their opinion on emotion are either stupid, ignorant or liberal. Can't fix one of those.

I saw an interview last year with an African American investment banker who owes his own Company. The interviewer asked him whether there should be more executive openings for his race on corporate boards, his answer was basically “No”, he rather see more Black businesses independent of the classic hierarchy of how American corporations are really run.

Face it most of the positions reserved for minorities are in the HR departments or a redundant Vice President classification that no one really knows why they are there. The major issue with equality really has nothing to do with race or gender, it has to do with the power structures in place, these high end executives (white, black, male or female) really think they deserve their inflated salaries and perks. It is a delusional mindset on most all corporate boards, whether it will change .. probably not as long they keep the masses in their place.. fat and content...
