My second to last senior mgr was a football lineman big black man. I was domiciled 125 miles from the station in AZ. He called me up at home after I had gotten a transfer to KS. Told me how much he appreciated the hard work and wished me well. Said it was a blessing to have me out there making sure the work got down. I've had some good bosses but that was a total class act that I had never experienced at FedEx before from a boss. Most were angry when I transferred but were such jerks to work for that I gladly transferred. But I'd go to war for that black senior mgr. I also had a very good black friend who gave me rides to church and was one of the finest men I've ever known. And I've worked with some very wonderful black people over the years. I've worked with some black jerks too. But they showed up and did their jobs. The way y'all characterize all blacks is pretty sad. And very troubling. I'm not into black rap/hip hop culture. I don't like that most black babies are born out of wedlock and that they have a much higher rate of abortion. But I also know some very good Christian black people who I would defend against any white man trying to harm them. And that includes posting racist memes. It's not just trying to be funny.
