I didn't write the laws.....but the laws are to be enforced by the leaders chosen. The patients are running the asylum, so they aren't doing the job.

You might be able to claim racism if out of all of the people who are entering the country illegally were refused because of the country they came from if they tried to enter legally, but I don't care where someone comes from. If they try to enter or stay in this country illegally they should be refused/deported. Race doesn't matter if you refuse to respect the laws established for legal immigration.
But I believe Morelucks point is those who decry the illegal immigration for the Latin American countries are called racist by certain members of the US society/media. When in reality there can't be racism when race is not involved, don't let anyone immigrate illegally regardless of the nation they come from.

A mob of teenagers in Crown Heights, New York City, vandalized a Jewish-owned business Saturday night, then damaged several nearby cars and buses before shouting “Heil Hitler” and leaving the area, witnesses said. The incident was captured on security camera.
The store, Gourmet Butchers, was likely targeted because it was owned by Jews, the owner, Yanki Klein, told the local ABC News affiliate. The group, which various media sources described as consisting of 30 to 70 youths, primarily African-American, started “to scream and make noise” and then “everything happened in seconds,” Klein said.
Another witness told the station that “a whole bunch of guys, they just rush the place. It was like out of nowhere, and everyone was just in like shock-mode, and everyone was shocked to see what was going on, there was no reason for it.” The same witness said that members of the group shouted “a Nazi phrase” before running away.
The video footage, posted to YouTube, shows a group of youths gathering outside the store, then cuts to several of them bursting through the main entrance, knocking over a shelf and throwing products around before leaving.

However, lets be CLEAR as a bell.
People like MORELUCK cant complain about border security and central and south american children coming across the border when the very LAWS she wants enforced ARE being enforced.
She refuses to accept that BUSH signed into law, the very foundation that created this mass immigration and instant processing into america.
IN other words, on one hand, you can cry that laws arent being enforced, and then on the other hand, supporting a president in BUSH that opened the door to tens of thousands of illegals.
During BUSH's 8 years, under the VERY law he signed, over 92,000 central and south american women and children came to this country and were processed in, paid for and sent on their way into america.
Now, most of them are recieving some form of govermental assistance, BY LAW.
People cannot be hypocritical about issues like this. If people want to be for stronger borders, then they need to SUPPORT president OBAMA in calling on congress for immigration reform which includes REPEALING the BUSH law that is causing this influx monthly.
But we know, that people like Moreluck will resist anything president Obama wants to do at their own demise.
They dont want to pay for illegals, but they wont help to stop it either.
Regardless of any laws on the books, BUSH's law over rides ALL OF THEM.
Obama has no choice but to FOLLOW THE LAW.

Executive branch doesn't legislate, no matter what Obama thinks he can do with a phone and a pen.
Although, I don't blame him, this Congress is pretty much the worst.
(I'm talking about Dems and Pubs, they're equally negligent).
Not blaming Bush, but he took Executive powers to the extreme, not many people blinked.
Now with Obama being President, all of the sudden, it's the Obamocalypse?
Where were all you folks during the Bush administration?
Obama is pretty much following Bush's lead...once you let that tiger out of the box, rather hard to put it back in, no matter what Obama says.

Sad part is that they'll believe it.
Michael Brown assaulted a police officer, once you do that, you give up any rights you have to then surrender.
The 18 year old in St Louis who shot at the police officer, same thing. If you are dumb enough as to shoot at a police officer, then when he shoots back and kills you, it's your fault.
These people need to start realizing one simple fact: When a police officer tells you to do something (providing that it's not illegal), just do it and there won't be any trouble. When you give cops attitude, be you white, black, hispanic, asian or whatever, you deserve attitude back, and if you assault one, or refuse to comply, well then I have no hard feelings when they do what they feel is needed.
He really said, that all he would need is his Pen and his phone if CONGRESS didnt act to pass laws or acts that made sense for america.
