Dude, I was at that game one section over. They were not asked to leave and did not. They did however change their masks and after a while removed their costumes. This game occurred on the same day as Freakfest, UW's Halloween party on State St. Many fans wore costumes to this game however not many in poor taste such as the Obama hanging that received all the attention.

I was being sarcastic but then, I've spent very little time in Cali.
I spent a good bit of time in Washington and Oregon and those people seemed pretty tolerant.
Worst states I have spent time were New Jersey, then Illinois (Chicago) and New York.
New Jersey people were the worst racist I have been around ... really surprised me.
Rural Alabama and Georgia can be pretty racist too.
The worst racism I came across in the South was in Florida.
I imagine France is pretty racist now too.

My beliefs are based on anthropological studies ... racism is a subset of "fear of the different" which is a basic survival instinct.
