Personal attack over me agreeing that a black man has a right to defend himself against a violent assaulter, very classy stuff bud.
There’s no personal attack you are actually a troll. If you don’t wanna be a troll stop being one.

You have some nerve pretending you have class by the way.

What differences the color of the skin make? You only bring it up to troll. I didn’t bring up color of skin at all. I intimated it could’ve been self-defense had he not made that comment. Keep trying.

If the black kid was being beaten so badly that he thought he was about to lose his life that's one thing. Talking angrily and pushing somebody, who likely was talking angrily too, does not pass the smell test of lethal self defense. If you think it does then you are absolutely a snowflake.

According to he police report, heres the relevant sequence of events.

  1. Anthony says "touch me and find" out while his hand is in his backpack. He doesn't seem to scared for contact.
  2. Metcalf touches him
  3. Anthony then says "punch me and find out" this is 100% provocation and it's hard to argue fear for life when you're asking someone to punch you
  4. Metcalf grabs him
  5. Anthony stabs him directly in the heart, this is prima facia evidence he meant to kill him.

Anthony escalated a situation that happens DAILY in every high school to a fatal stabbing.

This is not self-defense, although I have no idea what the outcome of this case will be. he didn’t have a prior record and is young.

How badly is a white man allowed to beat a black person before you think they should legally be allowed to defend themself?

I think the second they assault that black person that black person has every right.

So there wasn't any beating of a black man going on here, eh?

It's gonna be very difficult for him to form a defense based on having feared for his life/safety.

This took place in Texas my guy, completely justified stabbing.

It doesn’t sound like there was any racism involved here just an altercation between two young men. Doesn’t seem to rise to the level of needing to murder someone especially when you’re begging him to punch you.

Sounds like the defense might already be coming up pretty short.

Wow so he even warned that violent criminal live by the sword and you will perish by the sword exactly like Jesus Christ would of.

Too bad Metcalf’s heart was too full of sinful hatred for his fellow man to heed these Christian principles and he had to be put down in self defense.

Again, why are you upset when people call you a troll when clearly that is exactly exactly what you are? Embrace it. It’s sad and pathetic, but that’s your life I guess

Were you there? How do you know who did what beyond the white kid telling the black kid he was in reserved seating and had to move and the black kid knifing the white kid? Why in your opinion does anyone have the right to end someone else's life over a dispute where anger flared up? Seriously if you said something obnoxious to someone and they shoved you for it that would be reason enough to kill that person? On what planet is that acceptable?
