UPS makes record profits. UPS Teamsters in Local 344 get zero paid sick days. Paid sick leave is a basic human right. This system is failing.

Are you on-call 24/7, at an operation that's stripped to the bone labor-wise with no one to cover for you if you call off? Are you away from your family for days at a time, and occasionally only get 10 hours at home (8 sleeping) before getting called back out?
