It’s an extremely complicated system that assures you pay your employees as little as possible!

Just remember Mr Topped out "my life is horrible" Based on a 40hr week you make nearly 4k more than step 9. add in OT and you make substantially more.

No, it's not. But, that's in a very few areas, AND if you're topped out, AND if you're a swing driver. If I was still there, I would be at $32.19. A far long way from $40.

Guy who worked for Freight asked me how long would it take to top out as an Express RTD I said 10 years but probably closer to 20 years he said I’ll pass.

And it depends where you work. I’m paid more because my area is expensive to live in. An hour north in New Hampshire I’d be making $1-2 less. It’s yet another BS move by the company. UPS. has a uniform rate nationwide.
