Raise time?

Big brother been watching this website?
This place has been down for like a month hasn't it?

It should have been 3 percent. Seriously they couldn't do one more percent?
If you have a good route, being around 30 seems decent, until we start getting all that ground freight. Or they are just fattening us up for the kill lol. Sure we'll give you a step raise...

Market levels supposedly correspond to the cost of living in your area. Higher cost of living, higher pay scale. C1 is front counter pay scale, C2 is driver pay scale, C3 is cover driver scale. Steps 2-10 are the pay rates between starting pay and topout.

Guy who worked for Freight asked me how long would it take to top out as an Express RTD I said 10 years but probably closer to 20 years he said I’ll pass.

And it depends where you work. I’m paid more because my area is expensive to live in. An hour north in New Hampshire I’d be making $1-2 less. It’s yet another BS move by the company. UPS. has a uniform rate nationwide.
