A muslim that is true to the koran (which by any standard, what is required in the treatment of non believers in the writings of the koran, would be considered destructive ) and you consider good and nice can only be:
1) A good actor.
2) A good liar.
3) Not a real muslim.
4) A hypocrite to their religion.
5) The true muslim, hates your guts and wants you and your way of life dead.

What percentage ? I have no idea. How many actors, liars, not real Christians, and hypocrites are in the Christian faith? Probably about the same.
But, most Christians don't want to kill you because you're an atheist. The book of fairy tales does not require believers to physically kill non believers.
