rental car discount?

Anyone know the customer discount number for rental cars? Can't access UPSers website - locked out and no help. Thanks.

Did rented out some of my favorite car deals from limo five star . Mostly their suv's and high class limos are very comfortable and luxurious.

Not an answer to your question (sorry) but for general info, I've sometimes found really great rental rates through Costco's travel site (if you happen to be a member there...)
