Above where it says team and below your name click on "actions"Thanks for the detailed step by step, that was nice of you
Performance section still isn’t showing up for me though. The only explanation i have is that it means I’m a perfect employee.

Hey, thanks for the help!Above where it says team and below your name click on "actions"
On the next page select "worker history"
Disciplinary action should show there but it's mixed in with some other stuff in a timeline
Lmk if that works for u
Don't know. All mine are in there but I never received any discipline before 2023.Hey, thanks for the help!
I was able to get all the way to worker history and saw the timeline, but no sort of disciplinary action in there. Only things about my compensation and title changes
Is there maybe a time limit for disciplinary action to show up? Because it’s been quite a while since I’ve gotten any sort of write up or warning
Thanks for the info, I appreciate itDon't know. All mine are in there but I never received any discipline before 2023.
If the discipline doesn't go into workday, the discipline doesn't exist. I know because our old manager handed out suspensions like candy but was too stupid and/or lazy to enter them into work day.
We had 2 sex offenders I was a FT supervisorAre you talking about UPS, or the sex offenders registry?
Never mind, I found it. Thats Wild, never knew that was on UPSers. How come you can’t click on any of the disciplinary actions to see detailed info?Where in workday? I gotta see this. Can anyone direct me please?
Where did you find that at ?Mine shows a warning letter from 2021. I'm not hitting the acknowledge button.
Where did you find that at ?
Hope this helps
I was in clerical which was union. We had a Sup who would sit at his desk and do write ups almost every day. He never confronted anyone with the write ups. New Sup who replaced him, came in and started going through the desk and discovered them. He didn't say a word, just threw them all in the trash. Some Sups were really d---s.
