Performance section still isn’t showing up for me though. The only explanation i have is that it means I’m a perfect employee.

Above where it says team and below your name click on "actions"
On the next page select "worker history"
Disciplinary action should show there but it's mixed in with some other stuff in a timeline

Hey, thanks for the help!

I was able to get all the way to worker history and saw the timeline, but no sort of disciplinary action in there. Only things about my compensation and title changes

Is there maybe a time limit for disciplinary action to show up? Because it’s been quite a while since I’ve gotten any sort of write up or warning

Don't know. All mine are in there but I never received any discipline before 2023.

If the discipline doesn't go into workday, the discipline doesn't exist. I know because our old manager handed out suspensions like candy but was too stupid and/or lazy to enter them into work day.

Nobody should be acknowledging any discipline on your workday or anything like this. You should only acknowledge discipline you receive and following the language in supplement, whether it be to grieve it or to write a rebuttal letter or if you region has automatic rebuttal letters. Looking at them online has never been bargained with any local union And should not be acknowledged.
