The part time blame is blown out of proportion in my eyes. I find it interesting that people think FTers that have no idea about what their raises are, 22.4s and all the other things added to the contact some how voted on the contract.

I know too many driver's that don't vote but still bitch about everything.

I'm not sure it's really blown out of proportion, just because of the sheer number of PTers. I agree that there are tons of FTers who know Jack * about the contract, but the number of apathetic, uneducated, youthful, oblivious, etc. PTers that don't take advantage of their ability to drive the contract is just horrendous. Many just don't know.
