Seems like it is the MO for them lately. Try anything that makes the job more difficult for us.

Keep telling us to be faster and keep creating things to slow us down. The people running this outfit scare me. The phone center still asks for all the info so when you get to the customer and ask them how do you wan't to pay for this they say "I gave her the credit card number on the phone". That doesn't do me any good, I have a blank ASD. Every day I find out more why the word "Service" was dropped from our trucks.

Hopefully it will only be a matter of time before we get printers in our cars like FedEx has. That would be nice.
