I refer to TOS as troll because it's on his avatar....it says TROLL.
He settled out of court, but was indicted. He did plead guilty to having a concealed weapon in his glove compartment, after being stopped for stealing a Maserati. He also settled out of court on other stolen/crashed car incidents.
No doubt he's a smart guy, and knows how to work the system, but he is the definition of scum.
Let's see if this gets passed the censors

Breitbart and Fox News are about as reliable as MSNBC and Daily Kos... in that you can rely on them to consistently tell people exactly what they want to hear. You'll find facts in their stories somewhere if you can read while you're dizzy from all the spin.

When Sarah Palin resigned from office, she had 15 ethic violation accusations against her with 4 more that became public just after she resigned for a grand total of 19 ethic charges against her.
After 3 years of investigation, the state of Alaska cleared her of 17 of the charges. (Found innocent or not enough evidence to continue to investigate).
The 2 she was found in violation was a trip she took for official state business and brought 2 of her kids along. The state of Alaska said she needed to pay back $8100 to the state for her kids travel expenses.
The other violation was when she set up a trust fund to help pay for her legal defense. The state of Alaska ruled it violated rules. She had to close the trust and return the funds to the donors. A lot of politicians set up these types of trusts to pay for legal expenses, but in Alaska you can't do it.
What a criminal she is. Almost as bad as causing the deaths of 4 Americans in Libya, but not quite.
