It says “on call” for everybody that does not have a bid route
Where does it say "on call"

Article 12.4
"A full-time seniority employee’s uniform starting time must be scheduled and posted by the end of the shift of their last scheduled work day of the preceding workweek for the following workweek."

are they posting your scheduled start the the week before like they are required to do?

Yep everyone that does not have a bid route, we have 30 drivers and 19 bid routes. It says on call for everyone with out a route

Threads funny...

Some voted for 22.4 ft combo driver because they thought it would take work off you and you can go home early...

Some didn't vote for it because it was a $*** contract...

Some didn't vote at all.

No matter how you look at it...

It backfired.

224 Mafia don't pick up your slack.

Do your own work.

On topic.

Hope this helps.

I am an RPCD and our center is starting Saturday ground. If I am laid off Monday due to 22.4 stealing our work on Saturday, can I bump a 22.4 on Saturday to get my 5th day of work? I
Nobody stole nothing from you...

Nobody is worried about you bumping them.

We all know this because you are crying in the webs about it Instead of saying it at work earlier.

That's BS and I'd file a grievance. I'm either scheduled to work or not. If not scheduled then they call me if they need me by seniority order.

Sounds like you have a small center that has allowed UPS to get away with too much.
they tried that crap with us one time , “ YOURE ON CALL “ ....yeah I don’t think so

RPCD DO NOT CALL IN

22.4 was just a backtrack to a two tier FT delivery wage. Suppose to be 25% but already FT drivers are wanting the Union to raise it because too many FT drivers are forced in on Saturday. In the mean time FT drivers are "offered" a three day weekend on Monday.

It's going to take some time to work the kinks out of weekend delivery. I hope they get rid of 22.4s but some people think they can force UPS to not deliver on the weekends and those people are delusional.
