32 year driver contract sucks we all need to vote no

I bid a full time air shuttle job they tried to make part time. Grievance took a year or more. Guess what claim of the union denied. Are union has turned into a joke.

More employees equates to more pension contributions. So if one were focused on that, they may very well sell the younger drivers out in favor of their own long term interests.

I have 26 years in and you never ever sell out the younger guys. Ever.

Deadlock state and central region sent back to parties for possible resolution. Made every concession possible but the company wouldn’t budge. Went back to jac and denied

Eliminate the shortfall payments for central states. Central states wont exist in 10-15 years

This is why the whole Union thing started. We know, the whole idea behind a Union was to be Unionized and organized. Doesn't seem to be a lot of focus on that. The company has always wanted us scattered, and now it doesn't seem the IBT is much different.
