I'm ok with up to 5 years with actual decent raises like $1.50 every 6 months or something.The progression is too long as it is. If I were a new driver and they extend it more than 4 years, I would be livid. I already think 4 years is bull!
Start them at $20 and a buck every 6 months. Gives them a little more incentive to stick around.
They should slash the hourly wage of all counter jobs when they have nothing better to do than raise cats.
