Personal Dr , but since I brought it to my supervisors attention while on the clock and he didn’t pull me off the truck to send me to a ups DR is that not following protocol? Clearly it’s a work injury so they would be jerks to deny me even though they mosT likely will .

As long as your supervisor backs up your story of you reporting it to him/her you might squeak through the system without the assistance of an attorney. I'd still find one and get advice and get them on board to whats happening.

I’ve been having knee pain since peak due to working 6 days a week , tried to tough it out but couldn’t handle it anymore , so I went to my dr. and got evaluated am he said I have patellar tendonitis due to the overuse on my job . I don’t know how this will pan out ?
