Beto came close ... if he wasn't such a duffus, he might have won.

Well Fort Worth is getting too big for its own good, flooded with out of staters who kept their destructive voting habits. It’s a damn shame tarrant county flipped, was the largest city to nominate trump 2016, will be interesting come 2020 to see if that trend holds.

Educated people move to the places that have jobs. It’s why progressives are clustered in urban areas. The Republican Party is the party of stupid hicks that never left their hometowns for school and cry about their lack of economic opportunity in their collapsing small towns.

You have a very bad perception of rural America. Those farmers can be wealthy, so can the residents of those areas.

I’ve seen a lot of wealthy folk out in the rural areas. That’s where I’d want to be if I had the money to build my own house.

What I find amusing is that all these LibTurds keep leaving their messed up states that were run by Dims and Libs
and then when they move into fiscally strong states and they start voting in the same type of thinking duffuses that screwed up their original states.

The reason that Tejas may come to be like Cali is not the educated people unless they are Hispanic.
The Trump clamp down on illegal aliens is making Hispanics get more energized and out to the polls.
If the Dims and Trump work out a deal for Dreamers and Illegals, those Hispanic votes may slip back into the Repug column. George Bush Jr gave the Texas Hispanics a reason to vote Repug but Trump took all that good will & feelings away with his rhetoric and clamp down on Hispanic illegal aliens.

Yes ... a forced Balanced Budget keeps Georgia fiscally sound with little debt.
Additionally, Georgia has been the strongest state in the Union for business growth over the last 5 years.
That's why I was never that worried about the Socialist Stacey Abrams winning because she can't do the things in Georgia that a Governor can do in other states.
Georgia hardened itself against Atlanta taking over control for the rest of the state and now that Atlanta has become overwhelmingly Black and Democrat controlled, Atlanta or the Governor has to get things done through the legislature which is overwhelmingly Repug.

2019-2020
Unknown at this point but there was definitely not even a Blue Ripple in Georgia local races.
