I have been subpoenaed to court for an ID theft incident where I was the UPS driver that delivered the package. Will I get paid for that day off?

witness to what? you delivered a pkg/env. What ever was inside was unknown to you. ask to make a written statement notarized by attorney's staff. done deal. you have no info other than I was there at this day and time... Freaking rocket science

I was asked to give a deposition for an accident that I was involved in and was told to wear browns.

Court may be a bit more formal.
