I think between the ladies night when the guys all dressed up as women and the woman laying on her bed trying to get her husband to come up here saying all kinds of stuff and she says I have Bud light he runs up to the bedroom slides across the bed and goes out the window

Since I retired this is how I eat: lots of veggies,chicken ,beans and whole wheat toast with hummus. i am almost 10 pounds lighter than when i retired last year
