That's where you scan in ARS packages also.

You should always type in the suite/room/apt number. It will come in handy if the customer claims non-receipt.

I do anyway so it shows up when i LA/Res it at the office or something. How much time do you get for that?

You should do it regardless of the minimal time allowance.

You might have a point. I have noticed that while all car numbers are listed there are certain ones that show "device error".

I have heard that if you put one digit of your car number wrong in the diad, the telematics will not generate a report. I have hear of some drivers that do this.

It will generate a report for wherever that package car number is assigned, if it even exists.
