Anyone know the deal with the “cannot be forced tues-sat if hired before 8/1/2019” when the plan from our center is to be forcing quite a few rpcds with 2018 seniority to tied-sat?

Seems like there’s lots of grey area and “IFs”in that “cannot be” language
