in fairness to the issue biden got more votes by 10 million than anyone else including Obama had ever gotten despite doing very little campaining. Usually a candidate has to have a dynamic personality to get that kind of support. Biden does not have it.

Well that one is easy. Democrats thought Obama was a God among men but soon realized that it was Joe Biden who was truly special. So much so that when Joe ran in '20 every last Democrat and every last Independent and even every last RINO Republican turned out to make sure Joe won. They just knew that the Biden administration was going to do some special things. And they were right!!
