I try to have some sort of visual clue in each pic. Otherwise, i could put up a random pic of Tom Cruise's face and it could be one of 500 movies that he has done over the years and Google would be useless.
Google is fine to help figure out a characters name, but it can only help you if you already recognize the character and/or the movie to begin with.
