TFCC Tear or injury?

Anybody have one? I think I may possibly have one. My wrist hurts when I twist it to the right on the pinky side and also occasionally when I push a box with my fingers when my wrist is twisted. It doesn't hurt normally except when I test it, which id rather not do. Anybody been in a similar situation and also what was your recovery time?

I get that sometimes....usually when I slide or lift a package in an unsafe or dumb way because my mind is elsewhere. Don't twist your wrists when pushing packages.

I would just call Geico and save a bunch of money on car insurance.
