One of DeSantis' biggest money men and confidant is found dead of an apparent suicide. He was distraught over a criminal investigation.

So he'd also had a stroke shortly before his apparent suicide.

"Shortly before his death, Stermon was hospitalized for a stroke. He was reported missing to JSO after he was released from the hospital. He was later found dead by ABPD. Stermon was locked in his car, alone, in the U.S. Post Office parking lot at 1001 Mayport Road."

Hillary Clinton is one stone cold killer. I guess she had to do some cleanup.

I just mean that people who have had a stroke can tend to do things that they normally wouldn't whether they're guilty of a criminal charge or not.

Nah, it was Hillary. The poison didn’t take so she had to go down to Jacksonville and clean :censored2: up.

If you want something done right, do it yourself.

are you presenting this as a chink in the Desantis armor?
I'm not. The quote does.
FloridaPolitics.com writer A.G. Gancarski covered politics in the state of Florida for more than 20 years and knew Stermon.
"Kent was very influential, you wouldn't have Ron DeSantis as governor without Kent Stermon. You wouldn't have the Lenny Curry machine working quite the way it does without Kent. He was big with everything in the local party and the state party," said Gancarski.
Dude might have very well be at (or near) the top of the list to run the Desantis national presidential campaign.

You're taking actions by an outside party as something DeSantis was aware of and had control over. Not so. But just for speculation if DeSantis was found to have received a million in campaign contributions from this guy and it's proven in court that Biden and family made tens of millions selling access to Joe's office, which would be viewed as more corrupt by Democrats? Don't bother answering. We know Joe and family.are covered for by Dems while if this guy bought DeSantis lunch it would be a threat to to the very foundations of democracy.

Hmmm, and if any wrongdoing is found it could prevent such things from happening in the future. Or are you convinced that everything done during the pandemic was totally legal and acceptable?
Ron can do whatever he wants in his state.

But this "show" with people on screen behind him is silly. Why not have live people? The pandemic is over. Because the on-screen crowd was what the WWE did during lockdown.

Plus what does running to the right of Trump on masks/lockdowns/vaccines do except throw more red meat to the Republican base? What battleground/purple states will that get him in 2024?

It may get him states who don't want to repeat what they went through during the pandemic. A lot of people from blue states went to Florida on vacation during the pandemic. I wonder why?
