He wasn't there to knock Biden over local policies. He was there to show respect to the family of a police officer who died at the hands of someone who shouldn't have been free on the street.

He told his brother on the day of the riot he was fine. The stress of that day may have triggered the stroke but to compare that as equivalent to a repeat offender being put out on the street where he shoots and kills a cop isn't the same thing.
