His boyish charm? And the Oversight Committee does have proof of millions wired into 9 Biden family members bank accounts through shell corporations. With a lot more bank records yet to be examined. You'd be pretty naive to think all those bank transfers were because foreigners like the Bidens so much that they're willing to sneak millions of dollars to them. And I don't think you're naive.
