Since DOGE began discussing mass layoffs, the median home price in Washington DC has FALLEN by -$139,000. In 30 days, nearly 4,000 homes have been listed for sale in and around Washington DC.I can only hope that would mean home prices drop so our children could once again afford homes. I can only hope that would mean that because home values are lower our insurance and deductibles will drop accordingly. I can only hope that would drop the prices of all the materials that it takes to build houses. I can only hope that would mean our property taxes will go down accordingly with the price of our homes. Sounds Like a win for most Americans!
