For a driver, yes. I was referring directly to our porter (who's useless, but still). Been here for 7 years makes 50 cents more than a new hire.

There won"t be any new hires in some places for years. We still have tons of lay-offs.

All the UPS jobs show a starting rate for inside work at $21\hr. All driving starts at $23\hr, true & correct.

There is no mention of MRAs. But... Why doesn't anyone of these zoomers ASK for a MRA? In many markets, you might get a higher rate if you try asking.
