American culture, marriage, employment rate, home ownership rate have all declined since the civil rights movement

The funniest one I know of is that black crime ruined Selma so badly that they didn't even have a theater left in which they could show the movie Selma.

Michele Obama talked about solving Food Deserts. Grocery stores don't want to open in the ghetto. Why? Same reason there are no movie theaters. Why? Same reason there are a dozen lotto places, liquor stores, and gun shops. Why? Same reason whitey moved to the burbs. Why? Same reason we started having large enclosed malls as destination shopping locations. Why? Same reason everybody moved to the exurbs after the suburbs got too much Section 8. Why? Same reason those people then moved back downtown and bid up prices so the native population would be priced out.

Why?

Black crime.

The entire social history of american cities in the past 50 years can be explained by white people trying to get away from black crime.

In many cities people are returning for lower home prices, shorter commutes and more entertainment opportunities then just going to the mall.

Yes, and the home prices are lower because of black crime. And the shorter commutes and entertainment opportunities follow them into the city, because once it's gentrified, all the businesses really come where the money is. And they all make it a point to price-out the previous residents, because they don't want black crime.

Yes you did say that. You label it " black " crime like blacks are the only race group that commits crime. The majority of high crime rate areas directly correlates to poverty and lack of educational opportunities, regardless of race. Now tell me which race has the majority of generational wealth and educational opportunities.
