From what I read they found two blood stains. One they tested was still able to be tested and it wasn't his, but then there was another that was older and was unable to be tested because of its age that started from the door area and showed what would be consistent with a stain that would be from dragging a body out the back door.
Any thoughts gents? Watched it last night and I thought it was pretty good. Seems like a credible way why no body was found. Also I had no idea Hoffa was a Nixon supporter and was pardoned by him. Even though they're all ancient as hell it was cool to finally see De Niro, Pacino and Pesci in one movie together.
I went to see it at our local independent theater. I jokingly asked the ticket taker if they handed out blankets and pillows and if there would be an intermission. As I said earlier, it was good but at least 30-45 minutes too long.
Like most of Scorsese's movies I liked it. It was his take on what may have happened and of course with great actors. I must say they used a ton of makeup on Pacino to make him look so much younger again.
