More than 100 police agencies back out of DNC security agreements
At least three Wisconsin police agencies are pulling out of security agreements to send personnel to next month's Democratic National Convention over orders that would prevent officers from using certain crowd control measures during protests.
It’ll be interesting to see if they can get police services from any department. I don’t blame the police for not wanting to do it. It puts them in danger if they can’t use all legal tools available to them for crowd control. People want to get rid of cops. Be careful what you ask for.

Yes it’s far more reasonable to blame black people for all discrepancies in outcomes between races. There is no history of discrimination in this country that might have an impact on those discrepancies. One would have to be nearly brain dead to believe that, yet here we are.
I don’t believe the extreme of either end: that black outcomes are all black peoples’ faults or they’re entirely not.
The nice thing about being a centrist is that you don’t need to be all in on a particular narrative with no allowance for gray area, nuance or independent thought.
