It really is dumbfounding that the leadership is so deaf to it's membership.100%. But at least they’ll now be known as sellouts for the rest of their lives if they still choose to go against membership after the no vote.

Yeah and I'm Vice President of EngineeringI’m not going to say what I do but it’s certainly more than a sales territory. If we were drinking a beer in person I’d share. And it’s about $64 million. And I just had to come up with a plan to grow by 7% with churn sitting at 9.5%.
Plus I spend my free time on a board of directors for a non profit.
Then this vote happened so I came to vent on here. At least that much should make sense. I’m asas everyone that voted no.
All of the raise up front,no 22.4s,start part timers at $15 per hour. What would it take too pass the contract?
He is not in salesHe seems like a good dude - just misguided on what BD really does here. I’m not managaing a “patch of land” which was the stupidest thing we ever came up with.
He let’s take our new sales people and give them 3000 accounts! Genius strategy to keep people around. Thank god that’s changing. Yay transformation.
This peak, will be the peak known for dead diad batteries. At noon. Every dayEvery peak seems to be the first peak ever in our building .. sometimes I think it’s lack of communication. This day in age with all the scanning and tracking of packages that they should know exactly what the volume will be for the next day. But with the advancement of loads and possibly feeder dept not notifiying operations is why a lot of peak problems occur. Who knows. Just my thought
While you're picketing I'm going to take Mrs Gumby out for a nice steak dinner and NEVER call her backSilence scumbag. I'm busy making picket signs
I’ve been pretty spot on as aall along
You can believe whatever you want. It didn’t have enough votes to get voted down.Dude STOP, major news outlets are already reporting about the renegotiations and how it was voted down
She is a little heavy now.. I had same crush. Many wasted tissues. That’s my boy .... end of story
This is frustrating, I came on here to battle with union members not someone in management. I do that all day without even trying. So you haven't been here in 4 years and you come back to troll a union thread....I wonder why on earth you found it hard to converse with others.
Thanks buddyWhile you're picketing I'm going to take Mrs Gumby out for a nice steak dinner and NEVER bring her back
Is what I said wrong? Does the decline of Unions in the US not have a direct correlation with the Union bosses becoming simps along with increasing overseas labor? Please explain where we disagree rather then resort to ad hominem arguments. How long have you been a part time Sup?
Unfortunately if you guys can't get an overwhelming majority of the membership to vote, I doubt that will be a possibility. All of the raise up front,no 22.4s,start part timers at $15 per hour.

New thing from the region this year....no advancing loads without approval from region engineering.....going to be a hot mess. Until everyone ignores it on Day 2Every peak seems to be the first peak ever in our building .. sometimes I think it’s lack of communication. You guys have cubes??!? We have “shared workspaces”.Boy you're way off here. I may be a hub planner and not a package one, but I can hear the package planner giggling in his cubicle when routes get cut. Gives him job security.
