Sorry, but I don’t care anymore.
I can't wait to hear about how Trump was right and the conservative Supreme Court was wrong on this one.
The guys an illegal from El Salvador, that was returned to El Salvador. TTKU. El Salvador can refuse to send him back. FU, US Supreme Court. Even if the scumbag comes back, he’s not staying here. Maybe you can foster him.

whatever you want to hear is another chapter. I'm more fascinated by the legal aspects of this case.
The supreme court has no jurisdiction over El Salvador . Their instruction is that trump must facilitate .
Facilitate is vaugue wording that basically means they think trump should not have sent this guy out of country.
So I dont know what he iis going but he can basically say hey Bukele would your return this guy , Bekele can say heck no and that would be the end of the conversation. this order only requires Trump to make an attempt to get him back.
there is another legal expression that the supreme court should have considered that being possession is 9/10's of the law.

short answer supreme court does not seem to hold out much hope of the guy being returned but made some vague wording that all 9 could agree on.

If this guy is supposedly in some El Salvadorian black hole that the Trump Administration can't get him back out of, that seems to paint a pretty bad picture of the administration's policy of sending prisoners there in the first place doesn't it?

He’s not coming back. No jurisdiction over another country.

He’s a citizen of El Salvador. Where should we send him too, the Congo?

Which makes trumps comments about sending American born citizens to these countries prisons even more concerning

if the guy is innocent. the story all along was that they got the gang wrong he was MS13 not trende' and that there was a prior order not to send him back to El Salvador . the original request was to return him to the US in which case they still could have immediately deported him to anywhere else but El Salvador.
i dont know what other information there may be.
