So one option is for corporations to pay taxes, where the Republican controlled Congress could choose where those taxes go in our society

And it's looking more and more like, based on what his White House officials have recently said and what is being agreed on by the liberal media, is that Biden wasn't actually running the show. Anything put out by his office was likely done by committee behind the scenes. And it was a charade they tried to keep up until the debate exposed the truth.
