I called it this past Wednesday. @Next Day Err seems to be a bit mental and I can tell when he starts drinking because he gets more nasty with his personal attacks. He needs to cut out the alcohol, turn off the TV and get some anger management help.

I responded to him last Wednesday with this

Looks like the alcohol and TDS is starting to get to you. The name calling starts right before you get banned again.

You’re really bending the line here. Saying they should be deported because they organized a protest where OTHER people broke laws. Just doesn’t seem right and there’s other people to go after

The fifth circuit court of appeals has made rulings that those whom are illegally in the US are not part of "the people" that the second amendment protects. the supreme court has not made a similar ruling. any "judges" you mention would have to be at a level below the fifth circut court thus making them irrelevant.
