Yep when they are panicking it is time to party! Life is great! My dad always told me watch what the masses are doing and do the opposite and you will be fine. The best years I can remember is when everyone else was panicking. 2001 after 9/11 I told my wife let’s see what going on a cruise is like because the prices were so low trying to get people on the ships. We took 2 cruises and later flew to England a little after 9/11 while everyone was scared. 2009 when the economy was crashing and everyone was losing every I was in great shape because I had done opposite of the masses all the years before so I bought 3 different lots and later on that year a brand new house. If this economy turns to gold or
I will be fine because I will do the opposite of what the masses are told to do.
